Server Rules

General Server Rules:

  • 1.1 Every player must follow the server rules – not knowing the rules does not exempt you from the consequences.
  • 1.2 The use of third-party programs is prohibited.
  • 1.3 It is prohibited to exploit server bugs. If you find any server bugs, contact the administration – we will reward you!
  • 1.4 Impersonating an Admin/GM is prohibited.
  • 1.5 Advertising other Mu-Online servers is strictly prohibited!

Player Behavior Rules:

  • 2.1 Harsh/rude insults towards players or their families are strictly prohibited (in-game, on Discord, etc.).
  • 2.2 Bullying or killing new players on purpose to prevent them from leveling up is prohibited.

Trading Rules:

  • 3.1 Real-world trading is prohibited.
  • 3.2 Scamming players is not allowed.
  • 3.3 If there is a conflict between players during a trade, they must provide proof to the administration (e.g., video, photo, etc.).

Event Rules:

  • 4.1 During events organized by the Administration/GM, players must follow instructions and do as they are told.
  • 4.2 It is prohibited to intentionally disrupt events.

Consequences for Breaking the Rules:

  • 5.1 Breaking the rules may result in the following consequences:
    • • Warning
    • • Temporary or permanent ban (account, IP, hardware ID)
    • • Deletion of all items
    • • Removal of in-game resets
  • 5.2 The administration has the full right to change the rules without prior warning. However, players will be informed after any changes.

  • Blacklisting of associated payment methods
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks

  • Provide transaction details
  • Allow 48 hours for response
  • Consider store credit options
